The Deep North

We found a square box at the door this morning, which turned out to have in it a cut-glass chandelier bob, a very nice one, and an envelope containing five pounds in cash. We are extremely pleased with said bob, which is now ornamenting one of the chandeliers in the drawing room, but there is no indication of where it came from or who sent it. We suspect the hand of the Real World Consultant, but whoever you are, thank you very much indeed.
